Animal Tissue, Cell Total RNA Extraction Kit
The Takegene® Animal Tissue, Cell Total RNA Purification Kit is designed for total RNA purification from animal tissues and cells. The obtained total RNA is of very high purity and free of RNase, making it far more stable than RNA obtained by traditional organic solvent extraction and precipitation methods. This kit makes RNA extraction work extremely easy. The obtained total RNA can be used for Northern Blot, RT-PCR, MicroArray and Real-Time PCR.
