Product Introduction
The Takegene® Bacteria DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is suitable for the simultaneous extraction of high-purity DNA and total RNA from various Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. The Takegene® Bacteria DNA/RNA Extraction Kit uses a unique reagent formulation and specially manufactured solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, bacterial total RNA is rapidly released from cells and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity RNA is obtained. The product features fast and simple operation with high purity and high yield of extracted RNA. This kit can simultaneously purify bacterial genomic DNA, and its advantages are particularly prominent in quantitative gene expression studies.
