Bacterial Total RNA Extraction Kit
The Takegene® Bacterial Total RNA Extraction Kit is suitable for extracting total RNA from various Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. The kit uses a unique reagent formulation and specially manufactured solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, bacterial total RNA is rapidly released from cells and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity RNA is obtained.
