Product Introduction
The Takegene® FFPE Tissue RNA Extraction Kit is suitable for total RNA purification from paraffin-embedded tissues. Its features include simple and fast operation — total RNA can be obtained within 2 hours using the kit, and the resulting total RNA has high purity and is free of RNase, making it far more stable than RNA obtained by traditional organic solvent extraction and precipitation methods. This kit makes RNA extraction work extremely easy.
Product Features
- Fast and easy — the extraction process requires no ice bath or refrigerated centrifugation and can be performed at room temperature.
- High-purity RNA — the OD260/OD230 ratio of the product RNA is around 1.95.
- Environmentally friendly and safe — avoids operator exposure to hazardous chemicals such as phenol and chloroform.
Storage Conditions
- Proteinase K (dry powder) should be stored at 2°C–8°C; all other reagents in the kit should be stored at room temperature protected from light.
- Kit shelf life: 12 months.
