Product Introduction
The Takegene® Gel Extraction Kit is specifically designed for DNA fragment recovery from agarose gels, and is also suitable for purifying DNA fragments from PCR, RFLP, phosphorylation, labeling, and other enzymatic reactions. The kit employs a high-buffer-capacity gel solubilization solution; gel pH variation has minimal effect on recovery rate and effectively removes primers, dNTPs, enzymes, and salts. The nucleic acid purity obtained with this kit far exceeds that of comparable kits on the market. Product testing demonstrates that the extracted DNA exceeds the purity and yield of internationally renowned brands and demonstrates superior efficiency in PCR and restriction enzyme reactions. The micro kit spin column has a minimum elution volume of 5 µL, making it particularly suitable for recovery of trace samples.
