Product Principle
The DNA binding solution contains a lipophilic carrier. DNA affinity ligands on the carrier specifically bind to free DNA in the sample oil. During the subsequent vacuum filtration process, this complex specifically adsorbs onto the upper membrane within the adsorption funnel. The membrane is then removed and cut into pieces, and the carrier is cleaved using Tool Enzyme A. The DNA is then purified and concentrated using our proprietary micro spin column.
