Product Introduction
The Takegene® Oral Sample DNA Extraction Kit is suitable for extracting cell-free DNA from oral samples such as oral swabs, saliva, and mouthwash. The kit uses a unique reagent formulation and high-performance solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, DNA is rapidly released from samples and adsorbed onto the solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity DNA is obtained.
Storage Conditions
- Proteinase K should be stored at 2°C–8°C for long-term storage; all other kit components may be stored at room temperature, protected from light.
- Shelf life: 12 months.
