Product Introduction
The Takegene® Plant Tissue DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is suitable for simultaneous extraction of high-purity genomic DNA and total RNA from various plant tissues. The kit uses a unique reagent formulation and specially manufactured solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, DNA and RNA are rapidly released from samples and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity DNA and RNA are obtained. Product testing demonstrates that the extracted nucleic acids exceed the purity and yield of many internationally renowned brands.
