The Takegene® Plant Tissue Total RNA Extraction Kit is suitable for extracting high-purity total RNA from various plant tissues. The kit uses a unique reagent formulation and specially manufactured solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, RNA is rapidly released from plant tissues and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity total RNA is obtained. Product testing demonstrates that the extracted RNA exceeds the purity and yield of many internationally renowned brands.
