Product Introduction
The Takegene® DNA/RNA Probe Purification Kit is specifically designed for the purification of various nucleic acid probes and PCR primers. Thanks to the patented buffer system and solid-phase DNA affinity medium, the kit features rapid processing, high purity, and large capacity. Product testing demonstrates that the purified probes exceed the purity and yield of internationally renowned brands and perform excellently in downstream reactions. The recovery rate for 30 bp DNA fragments exceeds 90%. The kit includes Buffer BK, specifically formulated for probe purification. When used together with Buffer BK, the maximum binding capacity of the spin column exceeds 100 µg.
