Product Introduction
The Takegene® Plant Seed DNA Extraction Kit is suitable for extracting genomic DNA from various grains such as wheat, rice, soybeans, and other plant seeds. The kit uses a unique reagent formulation and specially manufactured solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, DNA is rapidly released from various samples and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity DNA is obtained. The nucleic acid purity far exceeds that of market alternatives. Product testing demonstrates that the extracted DNA exceeds the purity and yield of internationally renowned brands. The obtained DNA is suitable for various molecular biology experiments.

Storage & Shelf Life
