Product Introduction
The Takegene® Stool DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is suitable for simultaneous extraction of high-purity DNA and RNA from human and animal stool and intestinal contents. The kit uses a unique reagent formulation and specially manufactured solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, DNA and RNA are rapidly released from various samples and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity DNA and RNA are obtained. The extracted nucleic acid purity far exceeds market alternatives. Product testing demonstrates that the extracted nucleic acids exceed the purity and yield of internationally renowned brands. The obtained DNA and RNA are suitable for various molecular biology experiments.

Storage & Shelf Life
