Product Introduction
The Takegene® Stool DNA Extraction Kit is suitable for extracting high-purity DNA from human and animal stool and intestinal contents. The kit uses a unique reagent formulation and specially manufactured solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, stool DNA is rapidly released from various samples and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity DNA solution is obtained. The extracted nucleic acid purity far exceeds market alternatives. Product testing demonstrates that the extracted DNA exceeds the purity and yield of internationally renowned brands. The obtained DNA is suitable for various molecular biology experiments.
