Product Introduction
The Takegene® Stool Total RNA Extraction Kit is suitable for extracting high-purity total RNA from human and animal stool and intestinal contents. The kit uses a unique reagent formulation and specially manufactured solid-phase adsorption media. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, RNA is rapidly released from various samples and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity total RNA is obtained. The extracted RNA purity far exceeds market alternatives. Product testing demonstrates that the extracted RNA exceeds the purity and yield of internationally renowned brands. The obtained RNA is suitable for various molecular biology experiments including RT-PCR and transcriptome analysis.
