Product Introduction
Used for the extraction, enrichment, and purification of viral DNA/RNA. The product is intended for clinical in vitro diagnostic use. Under the action of the proprietary buffer system, viral DNA/RNA is rapidly released from clinical samples and adsorbed onto the high-performance solid-phase matrix; after elution, high-purity nucleic acid is obtained.
Storage Conditions & Shelf Life
- Proteinase K should be stored at 2°C–8°C for long-term storage. All other components may be stored at ambient temperature −40°C to 40°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 75%, in a dark place free from corrosive gases.
- Shelf life: 24 months.
Required Instruments
- Centrifuge, water bath. The BD-Plus kit requires an additional vacuum device.
